I’m a process oriented and ingredient driven creative in the kitchen. I love doing the math required to serve clients with very specific needs. I will shop for the best ingredients your budget will allow for and culinarily compose something symphonic for you and yours. I'm a michelin-trained private chef with over 15 years of experience along the east coast. Many summers in the Hamptons.
